Background of H4 EAD Application :

We practical H4 EAD on Sep 3, 2019 along with my husband's H1B, went for Biometrics on Sep 30, and and so upgraded all together to Premium Processing. Received RFE on Oct 9, RFE answered dorsum on Dec nine, H1B approved on Dec 20, 2019 but no change in H4 or EAD status.
