So I preordered an S7 Edge and I am at present looking for a example. The ideal for me seems to exist the official Clear View Cover, then I tin can encounter the always-on screen through the transparent front plastic console.

Believe me the S6 Border Clear View case scratching the screen is not user fault. At that place's a whole thread with the details. My screen got scratched the first week, and I returned information technology to Samsung to have a new screen fitted. Cheers for this - all the same, what looks similar a felt sticker in the corner I think is merely the magnet that the phone uses to detect that the embrace is airtight, at that place'south a similar one on the S6 Edge cover.

The video does seem to suggest that the issue has been stock-still, but I'd still like a 100% confirmation before I order one - I ended up going back to the cover on my S6 Edge after I my screen got bit scratched anyway, and at present subsequently about a year there are literally hundreds of those small circular scratches on my S6 Border brandish. Don't want the same thing to happen to my S7 Edge

I take the s7 edge and likewise bought the clear view cover today. Non certain but i remember they tried to gear up it by lifting the embrace from the screen. But the edges seem to touch the embrace. The screen itself has a space to the cover. The magnet in the corner seems to still rub on the screen. But we will see. I have a mich bigger problem! The always on display is deactivated as soon as the telephone is in the embrace and airtight... the clock appearence changes and goes off later some secs.... i was not able to fix this till now. And as the new always-on feature is the best for me, i will requite dorsum the comprehend if this is a general issue and will not exist fixed shortly.

Can anyone delight help me to find, where in menu od S7 Edge tin be plant possibility to activate or disactivate Clear View Cover option?
In my previuos Samsung phone it was named South.View and was located in Accessories menu.
